Wellness isn’t just about diet and exercise, it’s about your relationships, mindset, rest, and joy. How’s that goal setting going?

For those who are still looking for something to aspire to, try setting goals in these categories:

- Physical (e.g., move 3x/week in a way that feels good)

- Mental (e.g., journal or check in with a therapist monthly)

- Spiritual (e.g., reconnect with your purpose or faith practice)

- Social (e.g., reconnect with one friend each month)

It doesn’t have to be a big change. Goals like getting to bed on time, parking further from the building, or using less salt when you cook can still make a huge impact on your wellness. Even a big goal has steps and is more achievable if you break it down! Think small and build big.

Reminder: Your worth isn’t based on how productive you are. It’s inherent by God’s design. The way you honor you is in how you care for yourself.

Your LivingScript: Make goals visible, write them down, post them, or share with a friend for accountability.
