Like the groups, these options are available to clients who already have a physician or medical professional overseeing their care and would like a little more support to meet their designated goals.
We offer 60 minute sessions of individual coaching to help you achieve your health goals. We still use a science-backed, lifestyle-first approach to help you manage and even reverse chronic conditions, just in a one-on-one setting that is convenient for you!

The Lifestyle Reset integrates medical expertise with personalized coaching to empower clients to take charge of their health.

Total Lifestyle Evaluation: A comprehensive assessment of your current health, habits, and lifestyle factors, including nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and social well-being. This evaluation provides a detailed picture of your strengths and areas for improvement to create a roadmap for your success including labs (in certain states).

Insurance
We don't take traditional insurance plans for services however, any medical needs like medications or labs are billed through the insurance.
Payment Options
We accept FSA/HSA and payment plans through our partnering servicers as well as credit card payments and ACH transfers to make working with us accessible for all.
Maintenance
All packages come with sustained access to maintenance resources however there is access to a maintenance package at a reduced cost.
