Chrissy J, MD

Physician. Educator. Advocate
Welcome
Welcome to a place where prevention, empowerment, and equity are at the heart of every patient journey, where we believe that everyone deserves access to the tools and support needed to achieve optimal health, no matter their background, zip code, or circumstances.
I'm Dr. J and I help busy professionals, caregivers, and people who want to be intentional about their health move from feeling unheard and stuck in one-size-fits-all healthcare to feeling seen, supported, and empowered to create lasting, sustainable health change through relationship-centered care grounded in evidence-based medicine and shaped around who they are, what matters to them, and the life they actually live.
Bringing Health to You
Equity is not only a noun, it's a verb.
We believe in bringing opportunities for all people to thrive.
Dr. J offers multiple levels of support.
Are you ready to thrive?
Together, we’ll break down barriers to wellness and create lasting, transformative change
using our exclusive LivingScripts method to make health accessible to all.
The LivingScripts Method is a relationship-centered approach to evidence-based medicine that places the whole person at the center of care. Rather than asking patients to fit themselves into a rigid program, we build care around who they authentically are incorporating their values, lifestyle, responsibilities, goals, needs, and lived experiences.
Whether through our concierge medicine program or our health coaching offerings, we take the time to understand the full picture to create personalized, realistic pathways to health that honor each person’s life and capacity. The result is care that feels supportive, aligned, and sustainable because it’s designed exclusively with each patient in mind.

Meet Dr.J
Who is
Chrissy J, MD
As a champion for health equity, I live the phrase “To whom much is given, much is required” throughout my career path in medicine and medical education, research pursuits, leadership activities, and dedication to serving the most vulnerable communities. I knew from childhood that I wanted to be a doctor, the big question was how to get there. I achieved my goal and am now a double boarded Lifestyle Medicine and Family Physician with a passion for serving the underserved. I utilize the skills that I have developed from my extensive leadership experiences and research background paired with both medical and educational doctorates to advocate for equity in all spaces- health and otherwise. My philosophy- center the people in their health, care, and decisions so that health reflects each unique person rather than a standardized care plan.
