On October 10, we recognize World Mental Health Day, a call to make mental wellness a global priority. But for too many, care is still out of reach due to cost, stigma, or systemic barriers.

Let’s change that. Mental health care must be:
- Accessible (affordable, language-inclusive, local)
- Culturally responsive (respecting traditions, identities, and histories)
- Community-based (including peer support and healing spaces)
This year’s theme: “Mental health is a universal right.” Let’s fight for it like one.
