Sleep and nutrition are often treated separately, but they’re deeply intertwined. Poor sleep can lead to poor food choices, and poor food choices can impact your ability to rest well.

  • Sleep deprivation can increase cravings for sugary, fatty foods, as the body looks for quick energy.

  • Processed foods can increase inflammation and disrupt sleep patterns.

  • Nuts and seeds (helpful for relaxation)

  • Leafy greens (good for muscle relaxation and sleep regulation)
