The holidays should be full of joy—not tragedy. But each December alongside the Yule tide and egg nog, impaired driving spikes, leading to preventable injuries and deaths.

It’s not just alcohol. Impaired driving includes:
- Cannabis or prescription medication use
- Driving drowsy or distracted
- Emotional distress that impairs judgment
